Introducing the New Features in the Electric RXV

AC Motor:	Provides unprecedented energy and operational savings. Made in Europe by a company who has manufactured over 500,00 AC motors. AC motors have been used in forklift’s for reliability, locomotives for power and elevators for safety. AC spins magnetically induced by adjacent field coils. It is more efficient than DC by up to 30%. It creates more torque, faster acceleration and has no mechanical connections other than bearings. AC motors are more receptive to RBS (Regenerative Braking System), they have a greater hill climbing ability under load and they maintain constant speed up or down hills better. With no internal resistance or wearing parts the motor operates very quietly. "Air doesn’t wear". The RBS on this cart replaces 20-25% of the energy used to operate the cart there by reducing charging times and power costs to operate the chargers.
Batteries:	4 x Trojan T-1260 with flip top caps. The batteries are fitted in a corrosion resistant tray, which is made out of the same material as the battery case with drainage ducts to remove any excess water or acid. The batteries sit between the chassis in a lower position resulting in greater vehicle stability.
Suspension:	Independent front suspension, A-arm and coil over shock. Rear – single leaf and strut. (Multiple springs cause wear and corrosion). Independent front suspension keeps wheels constantly on the ground for better handling, less tyre wear and less course damage.
Steering:	Double ended rack and pinion, fully sealed no greasing required and no adjustment. 50% less vibration than the previous model. Thicker, softer steering wheel with better more powerful feel.
Brakes:	Dual fail safe redundant braking, with both electrical and mechanical brakes. When the brake is applied the cart is stopped by the motor going in to reverse polarity and when the cart stops the park brake is automatically applied via the electromagnet on the side of the motor.
Protection:	All Round Vehicle Bumper Prodection - 360-Degree transfer of energy – direct to the frame. Rated no damage in collisions up to 8Kph. The front bumper protects the suspension and steering box, which is also behind steel uprights. All bumpers are flush with the cart and will not snag or fade.
Ignition:	Ignition key operation - Off- Reverse- Neutral- Forward via key position. When the key is turn on the cart goes trough a diagnostic function. If there are any problems the cart will not run, With the key removed the cart can not be pushed, even in tow mode, this was engineered to deter thieves and vandals.
Warranty:	4 Years bumper to bumper. Batteries- 4 years or 1200 rounds.
Features
Hinged fold down windscreen: Excusive Patent, multi bends to greatly increase strength, does not move or squeak.
Canopy: Double wall, strong construction. Wider to keep out sun and rain. Crowned top and large drains to direct water away from passengers and golf bags.
Bagwell: Extra large with a divider to accommodate the largest bags and stronger bag straps and holders.
Surfaces: All curved suffices to aid in water run off and faster cleaning with less water usage.
Sweater basket: 30% Larger with a 90Kg load capacity and centre divider.
Reduced Vibration: The cart has 50% less vibration than the TXT.
Anti-Roll back: The cart will not roll back on any slope under initial acceleration.
Console: 4 large cup holders, 6 ball and tee holders.
Ingress & Egress: This cart boasts the largest headroom and greatest distance between the armrest and the steering wheel.
Corrosion Protection
Chassis: Dura shield protection. This is an 11 step process, including, acid bath, alkaline cleansing, Zinc phosphate coating, chrome sealing and powder coating
Wheel well & underbody: Rust free composite material, flat with no areas for catchment of dirt and debris.
Battery Tray: Prevents water and acid spilling on to the chassis as well as protection from below.
Foot Pedals: Are aluminium and stainless steel in a waterproof tray.
Hardware: All hardware is black shaperized- anti corrosion treated.
Operational Savings
No brake or accelerator cables to adjust or replace. No pedal adjustment required No brake pads or drums to service or replace. All bearings are sealed. No front end maintenance all components are sealed. The solenoid operates only when the key is turned on, opposed to every time the pedal is depressed. Greatly increasing it longevity.
